How do I track my order?


At any time, you can track your order by logging into your Smood profile.


If you are on the App, you go to the "Order History" tab and select the ongoing order, then you will see the status of your order.





If you are on the Website, you go to the "My Orders" tab on the top right and select the ongoing order and you will see the status of your order.







In any case, Smood sends you emails and notifications to keep you informed of the progress of your order.
